ABOUT US
Jack's Closet is a ministry of Clough United Methodist Church that provides clothing, accessories, and supplies to foster and kinship families. Since opening in November 2015, we have grown in our services and community and served a total of 5,031 foster and kinship children, a majority of which come from Hamilton, Ohio. We currently have 15 volunteers that work every week to a few times a month.

Families that come to shop at Jack's Closet get the chance to pick out up to 8 outfits, as well as other accessories (PJs, underwear, shoes) and seasonal items (coats, backpacks, etc).
Every child coming to Jack's Closet for the first time receives a "Jack's Sack": a colorful handmade string backpack (sewn specially by some of our volunteers) stuffed with age-appropriate personal items and a toy, game, or craft.

Over time, we have expanded our initiatives to include a monthly diaper/period pad program, a birthday bag program, and a back-to-school program with backpacks and school supplies. We also host a Christmas gift event for our kinship families.
